fantastic stay in a great location
helpful information comfortable bed spacious room
the hosts were cute. they gave helpful information about the area. i learned about local shops and eateries. june parked my car because parking on the onsite carpark is restricted. the room was spacious and clean. the single bed was comfortable with good pillows and linen.

the location is convenient to the city center. it is about a 20 minute walk. there are bus stops right outside the hotel if you don't want to walk. a train station is also near the guesthouse.

the owners are friendly and helpful. they provided helpful information about local shops and restaurants. the hosts ensured i could access the hotel despite my late arrival. i felt genuinely welcomed and not just like an anonymous guest.

Really good Stay Experience

The room provided a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. Tea and coffee facilities were available in the room. Furnishings were nice and the room benefitted from natural light and adequate warmth, with blinds that enhanced privacy. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast offerings and the inviting breakfast room, benefiting from both cooked options and a breakfast bar stocked with cereals and fresh fruit.
The radiator in my bedroom had some functionality issues, and the single-glazed sash window caused a slight draft. It was not ideal! though manageable.

the train station is close it is about a fifteen minute walk a bus stop is also just outside the house the staff was very polite and helpful i was happy to be able to eat everything. the room was super clean and cozy the room had large chairs i could sit on

gracious hostess central location spacious room excellent breakfast
the hostess greeted me upon arrival. the guest house is near the city centre and hooke village, offering easy access to restaurants and shops. my standard twin room was spacious and well appointed. the breakfast provided was excellent, with attention to detail.
the parking arrangement wasn't particularly easy, requiring some maneuvering.
